Rich Dixon (Guitar)
Rich Dixon was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and grew up learning to play the guitar. At a very young age he and his friends played for many bar mitzvahs and weddings in the Fairfield area. He also played the baritone horn and taught guitar lessons.

As a teenager he studied Jazz improvisation with Linc Chamberlain. In his heart Rich has been a jazz musician ever since. When he was 17 and 18, Rich attempted to study music at BYU but found it too frustrating. He has opted to be self-taught.

He toured with the Donny and Marie show and the Osmond Brothers show as their lead guitar player. Rich is the envy of every guitar player in the intermountain west. Rich composes, arranges and produces music for film and video. He is the co-owner of Sleepless Productions. He is the 2001 Pearl Award Studio Musician of the Year and a Mercury Award nominee. Rich has taught music courses at Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.

Rick lives with his family in Lehi, Utah. He enjoys being a part of Enoch Train – it reflects his religious feelings and sentiments. Enoch Train's folk orientation has challenged him musically and keeps him on his toes.

He is a devoted husband and family man. He and his wife Sue have two daughters. Georgia, 21, is married and about to make Rich a grandfather. Lily Hye Soo is 13 and was born in the Wang Providence of South Korea. She emigrated to the Dixon family when she was eight moths old.
